There is a communal direct-dial telephone situated in the hallway of each flat for resident’s own use. We will allocate an individual account number and PIN for you to keep track of your calls, and parents or friends can leave messages on your (free of charge) personalised voice-mail.
Our on-duty staff can be contacted 24 hours a day from this phone to report any repairs or concerns. This is completely free of charge, as is calling friends in other Victoria Hall flats – perfect for arranging impromptu get-togethers! Guests arriving on-site can alert you to their presence using the intercom system provided. |
