VICTORIA HALL RECEIVES TOP MARKS FOLLOWING ANUK INSPECTION

Following this year’s recent annual ANUK (Accreditation Networks UK) inspection, Victoria Hall Student Accommodation received its top ever marks!

'Accreditation' is the voluntary compliance by private accommodation providers with good standards in the condition and management of their accommodation, and their relationship with their tenants. Accreditation acknowledges and encourages good landlords.

ANUK visits focus on three specific aspects:

The physical condition of the accommodation, including bedrooms, common areas and the grounds around the accommodation (where appropriate)
The way in which the accommodation is being managed on a day to day basis - focusing on existing management policies and procedures
Student satisfaction levels, which includes talking to current residents as well as looking at the results of any surveys conducted amongst former tenants.

The report was especially positive about the relationship that Victoria Hall Student Accommodation fosters with its students, and commented that:

'The standard of the accommodation is excellent...the management/student interface is both visual and effective and every effort is made to ensure that the student stay in the development is a memorable one.'

The report added that the service provided to students was 'very comprehensive'. The top scores awarded by ANUK included a 96% mark for service to students and an outstanding 97% for fabric of buildings.
